Sitting here a year and a half after Bangkok made me realize how much of it has yet to be discovered. It is a place I definitely would not mind coming back to and explore more because for one, I revere on the goodness of Thai food! If you are a traveler on a budget but would like to have the best of both worlds - culinary, culture, art, and design, Bangkok is definitely on top of the list! Here are some of the remaining photographs taken while exploring the streets of this colorful and beguiling city.

While Khao San still stands as the most populated area in this side of Bangkok, I would greatly advise that you take the road less traveled and explore the different alleys and streets around the area. You will see more of the Bangkokian culture and lifestyle as most of the areas remain to be untouched and contemporized. I would have to say though that in general, this area is more of a fusion of the modern and young Bangkokian culture. I have seen a lot of up and coming coffee shops, small galleries, and even bed and breakfasts that are run and conceptualized by young people. Make sure you delve into exploring the different dishes you will see along the streets while doing your walk!
Have you been to Bangkok? What are the things that you loved about it? I would love to hear more about your adventure.
